Yafesi Engineering Works Limited provides road, building and water construction services, including project planning, civil works, materials supply and related engineering support in Uganda. Information on this website is for general information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a signed contract or purchase order.

• Do not attempt to damage, disable or interfere with the website or its security.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or copy content without permission.
• All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Yafesi Engineering Works Limited.

Where online payments are accepted, they are processed through our payment partner, Pesapal. By making a payment you agree to Pesapal’s terms and conditions in addition to ours. Invoice terms, milestones and payment schedules for construction projects are set out in the relevant contract or quotation.

Any quotation provided through the website or by email is an invitation to negotiate and is valid only for the period stated in the quotation. A binding contract is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement or purchase order.

All text, images, logos, project photographs and other materials on this website are the property of Yafesi Engineering Works Limited or its partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify them without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yafesi Engineering Works Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or where no payment was made, to a reasonable maximum.

The website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Uganda.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
